Manini Connect is the revolutionary structural sensing system for prefabricated sheds based on innovative IoT (Internet of Things) technology. This solution brings prefabrication 4.0 and smart manufacturing to life, as it gives Manini Service the ability to create smart buildings by offering preventive diagnostics for intelligent maintenance management.
The real advantage of the integrated monitoring system is to perform predictive maintenance, according to the principles of intelligent facility management, aimed at maintaining the highest functionality of the building over time, which allows maximizing the effectiveness of the investment made. Thus, it is possible to optimize the maintenance operations of a building by preliminarily recognizing the possible presence of an anomaly through the interpretation of the detected data.
The technology is applicable to both new builds and pre-existing prefabricated structures and enables:
